The Quality Analyst / Sr. Analyst will be involved in following activities:

Work closely with Operations team to identify process improvement opportunities.

Deployment of Lean / Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency & effectiveness.

Ensure standardization and simplification of processes, roll out of GBS Lean, in line with guidelines set by Global GBS Common elements owner
