No one can disagree with the fact that good health is the most important thing in our life. And for this, a good night’s sleep is utmost important. At the same time, our daily life is not always accompanied by its strengthening. What happens is that over a period of time, the body ages and gets weakened. To some extent, this situation arises due to lack of good sleep. Disturbances in our sleep pattern are not good.

It can cause mental depression as well as physical fatigue. What is good sleep? In the first place, poor or insufficient sleep begins with the process of falling asleep. The reasons that prevent us from having a peaceful sleep can be varied. Dirty linens, a warm blanket, uncomfortable bed, disturbing thoughts over the day’s happening and background noise can all prevent us from getting a sound and peaceful sleep. At times, to do away with a number of reasons, it would be just enough to take a shower before going to bed.



Drops of water wash away the accumulated depressing thoughts of the day, calm the mind and remove fatigue. One more important point is the starting and terminating time of sleep. It is very much necessary for life. Experts are of the view that regular sleep after midnight, leads to disruption of brain function. At the same time as suffering from mental abilities, there is a psychological degradation too.

The end results of such a situation can be susceptibility to conflicts, increased demand for food, and lack of willpower, bad habits, and drop in the level of concentration. As a result of unhealthy sleep, chronic fatigue appears. People who become exhausted in this way try to cover up the same with smoking, eating, and drinking which leads to serious consequences later on in life. The consequences of such behavior are obesity, heart disease and disturbance of the nervous system.

How can you identify a person with sleep disorders? You can make out a person with sleep disorders from their appearance like tiredness, bulging under the eyes, tired eyes and poor complexion. Also, unhealthy sleep can cause a feeling of an unpleasant taste in the mouth and set off chronic headaches. What is worse? In two or three year’s time, the cumulative fatigue turns into a depression. The beautiful colors of life fade away slowly and steadily and everything becomes sad and dark.
