While applying online for Life Time Credit Card of HDFC Bank, the bank asked me to provide Non Generic email ID. I had not heard about generic or nongeneric email ID and got confused. Due to ignorance I could not avail the Life Time free credit card online applying facility of HDFC Bank Ltd. What is the difference between Generic and Non Generic Email ID?
