Anda Bhurji Oats Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 packets Classic Masala Oats
2 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
4-5 green garlic {or spring onions}
10-12 chopped spinach leaves
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon butter {or Saffola oil, though eggs taste best cooked in butter}
2 tablespoon parmesan
How to make Anda Bhurji Oats
Place everything except butter in a large bowl. Whisk to mix well
Heat oil in a large non-stick wok. Turn the egg mixture into it, simmer covered for 2 minutes
Then open and scramble over medium high flame to desired consistency, as wet or as dry as you would like it
Grate over parmesan cheese
Serve hot or at room temperature
