Responsible for operational duty of assessing threat and risk, planning and deployment of manpower, monitoring and supervision of security.

Should be able to design training programs, co-ordinate with outside faculties and conduct onsite training.

Follow on site emergency procedure for handling emergencies with view to minimize loss of life, property, environment and materials. Create back up plan along with plant security head.
