Kailash Kumar

After working in the Petroleum & Explosives Organization (PESO), Government of India since 16.04.1983 in various capacities, retired as Joint Chief Controller of Explosives on 30.04.2015. Prior to that worked in Small Industries Service Institute, Govt. of India during the period 03.11.1979 to 15.04.1983 and as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at the Department of Chemistry, University of Lucknow and the Industrial Toxicology Research Centre, Lucknow (presently CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research) during July, 1975 to October, 1979.

Completed M.Sc. (Chemistry) from Lucknow University in 1975. Lived and worked at Lucknow, Indore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Jaipur, Bhopal, Guwahati, Agra. After retirement settled at Lucknow.
