Peppy Tomato Oats Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

500 gm chicken
1 kg tomatoes
1 packet Saffola Masala Oats Peppy Tomato
5 onions
2-3 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
2 bay leaf
10 – 12 garlic cloves
5 -6 small cardamom
1 ½ tbsp Honey
1 tbsp crushed almond
1 tbsp crushed cashew nuts
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
3 green chilies
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
Salt to taste
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp Saffola Oil
1 glass Low-fat milk
1 Packet Saffola Masala Oats Peppy Tomato
Coal
1 Cream
2 tbsp Butter

How to make Peppy Tomato Oats Butter Chicken

Marinate the chicken with dry spices and curd. Keep aside
Burn a piece of coal and do a butter smoked tadka
Take a pan and put one tsp of Saffola oil
Saute onion and garlic, Add cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, and cardamom
Blend these onions with tomatoes and spices and then strain
In the same pan saute the chicken in leftover oil of onion
After chicken is almost done, add the onion, tomato paste with the chicken and cook
Add salt to taste. Then add oats, honey, almond, cashew paste and Kasuri methi
Add cream and Saffola Masala Oats Peppy Tomato to adjust the thickness
Finally, let chicken cook until the oil comes out and starts floating on the top
