- Scanned Copy of Prospective Bridegroom’s Proof of Residence
- Scanned Copy of Prospective Bride’s Proof of Residence
- Scanned Copy of Prospective Bridegroom’s Proof of Identity
- Scanned Copy of Prospective Bride’s Proof of Identity
- Scanned Copy of Marriage Card (Optional)
- Scanned Copy of Marriage Photos
- Scanned Copy of Certificate from Gurdwara (optional)
- Scanned Copy of Divorce Deed (Optional) in case of divorcee
- Scanned Copy of Prospective Bridegroom’s Parents both mother father or guardian (optional)
- Scanned copy of Self Declaration’s First Page

- Scanned copy of Statement Form’s First Page
- Scanned copy of Statement Form’s Second Page
- Voter Id Card, Indian Passport or Aadhaar Card (any one )
- Birth Proof (Birth Certificate or Matric Certificate)
- Marriage Invitation Card
- 2 Marriage Photos

Bride, Groom, Witness and Parents will have to present themselves in person before the Marriage Registrar, which is Tehsildar in Rajpura as Marriage is Registered in Camera. Government Official Fees will have to be deposited in Cash.
