One of the concerns of today’s society is the increasing number of people of all ages who are overweight. From childhood, you can ensure that your children lead a healthy lifestyle and follow good habits to prevent overweight since obesity at an early age can move into adulthood. There are situations that may make people eat more than necessary. This only adds calories little by little and makes your children (and the whole family) have a great risk of developing obesity.

In situations like this, it is easier not to realize that we are already full. In addition, it is advisable to eat with family talking, without disruptions beyond your conversation, a moment to be with your children. Take a cake after a normal meal, including some fruit.
Try to satisfy your thirst by taking only soft drinks or juices. Drinking water is a simple prevention of obesity. When you go to movies, it will be necessary to avoid entering the cinema hall with a packet of popcorn or any other mixtures. Eating away from home on weekends, give rise to the temptation to eat more than usual. Asking for more menus than normal is what all celebrations do including a pack of salty snacks, sweet and soda.
Of course, there are alternatives to the things that attracts. Walk several times to the refrigerator whether you like it or not, biting a chocolate or biscuit. Not doing sufficient amount of exercise and spending a lot of time in front of the computer or television is not good. It is said that physical exercise is better than diets for childhood obesity. So do not neglect this aspect. These are some suggestions so that you are not glued to the TV all day.
Have a biscuit or two instead of eating when you are hungry. It is advisable to include at least four types of vegetables and fruits a day in children’s food. Have a dairy product instead of fruit.
